It has a wide and chewy texture that comes from Xi'an in China.This is a dish that can only be eaten in a few places in Tokyo and Yokohama.In addition to the basic "black biang biang noodles," our restaurant also offers "mara biang biang noodles," which has a real Chinese flavor with sansho pepper, tomato-based noodles made with young chicken wrapped in egg and grilled, and biang biang noodles made with medicinal soup. We have a total of 5 flavors available.
