This wide, chewy pastry is from Xi'an, China.This is a dish that can only be found in a few places in Tokyo and Yokohama.In addition to the basic "Black Biang Biang Noodles," we offer five different flavors, including "Spicy Biang Biang Noodles" with a true Chinese flavor made with Japanese pepper, a tomato-based dish made with young chicken wrapped in egg and baked, and Biang Biang noodles made with medicinal soup.
"Nomihoshi Cha Ramen" made with a special healthy tea "Kokuryu Juhachicha" and a broth extracted from more than 15 kinds of ingredients.
